If you are not fully satisfied with your Papar, watch you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of order receipt. Returned watches must be received by us in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information intact. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

warranty

We guarantee our watches to be free of material defects and to work dependably for 2 years from date of purchase. If your watch malfunctions within that two year period, we will repair or replace the timepiece for you at no cost to you. If you have a warranty claim, please email josh@paparwatchco.com.

This warranty is voided for: internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishaps, mishandling, abusive or inappropriate treatment of the watch or failing to screw down the crown.  Modifications, attempted repairs, or tampering with the watch by unauthorized third parties will also void your warranty.
