THE BACK STORY
The Papar Cenote is a modern titanium dive watch inspired by the depth of Mexico’s natural Cenotes. Its sculptural case balances utility with atmosphere. A mermaid and sea monster decorate the back of the case, making it a companion above and below the surface.
Employing a Miyota 9015 movement with a color-gradient date disc, the colors of the indices change throughout the month, subtly marking the changing time. The Cenote is an evolution on Papar’s trademark color-changing logo, bringing delight and fun to the dive watch space.
The Cenote features the world’s first Lumè™ dial - a lume fumè which brings a bright burst of superluminova to the watch’s dial on the titanium/blue model - while the rose gold PVD model boasts a more subtle outline lume around the color-changing indices.
