INSPIRATION

sector dial

The Anillo’s dial takes the classic sector dial and ads functionality through integration of the GMT.

BRUTALIST SHADOWS

The Anillo embraces hard shadows and lines, inspired by brutalist masterpieces.

GEISEL LIBRARY

Our case sides take design hints from William Pereira’s brilliant Geisel Library at University of California San Diego.

REBAR HANDS

Papar’s hand set design gets its structural inspiration from the same materials that support concrete, brutalist buildings.

origami

Papar merges the words papel (paper) and doblar (to fold), with a dial that mimics the overlapping paper designs of origami.

MEXICAN MOON

Papar was born in central Mexico where the crescent moon smiles!

CASE back

On top of all the details - 100m water resistance, automatic movement, etc - the Anillo’s caseback includes references to the logo of the watch’s birthplace (San Miguel de Allende, Mexico), the designer’s family, and a smiley face (because life is serious enough and watches don’t need to be!).
